Good comfort and what they say is legit, although i feel like my shoe is about to fall out, it’s pretty stable and what not. Very good insole and definitely recommend.
I reccomend down sizing for wades, In my personal experience tho. These feel extra plush and really responsive due to spring. There is a guide line to trim the insole if needed to fit the shoe.
Responsive shoe, definitely a good purchase if you dont already have good insoles. Provides level of stability when landing, pretty reponsive. Serves its purpose of preventing knee injury.
I have had the chance to use the insoles for about 2 weeks playing almost everyday, i can say that i do thoroughly enjoy using them, I didn't buy the increase my vertical or anything, more for comfort and cushioning, I also felt quite light on my feet, feeling more agile and can get off the ground quicker.
Really high quality and helped my knee pain and helping me jump higher
